Life is forever changing, adapting, and evolving as it spirals through the eternal vastness of space/time and the ever-present light of the universe. While climbing up the ladder of life towards universal truth we must learn to find the fearless stillness within ourselves in order to rise above the rotten rungs of our old, outdated belief systems in order to transcend the turbulence and turmoil of the world without and our chaotic cacophony of chatter within.
The many methods to achieve a state of inner harmony as we spiral through the turbulence of life are varied in form; however, they all strive to still our mind enough to allow for our consciousness to rise to higher states of self-awareness.
Ignorance is bliss,
