Life is forever changing, adapting, and evolving as it spirals through the eternal vastness of space/time and the ever-present light of the universe. While climbing up the ladder of life towards universal truths we must learn to find the fearless stillness within ourselves so we can discover new ways to replace the rotten rungs of old and outdated belief systems in order to move upwards. Then hopefully we can transcend the turbulence and turmoil of the world without and our chaotic cacophony of chatter within to see life as it is in reality. The many methods to achieve a state of inner harmony as we spiral through life are varied in form and place; however, they all strive to still our restless minds just enough to allow our consciousness to rise to a higher state of being and inner awareness.
